    Idle hands and all that.....

So I have the urge to get my hands on a 2005/ 2006 BMW Z4 3.0. (Manual, Auto or even SMG) Prefer low milage as possible, condition of bodywork not really an issue as looking to take it back to bare metal and start again adding a good few goodies.

Would possibly consider a cat D, either repaired or not. But if repaired would need to see evidence of repair etc etc.

My idea once I get her is to create a rebuild thread from scratch.

So here's hoping someone out there has one or know someone who does. Drop me a PM.

A bit of both. The idea is to get it concours and then keep it for my younger ones 18th birthday (he's 7)

Good choice as that's the best engine of that era by far. I'm assuming a roadster, not a coupe? If they even made coupe's then?
