Great cars my favourite had four touring the last one was a run out model had everything on it including the intensive s/wash and a Webasco auxiliary heater, nice to see one receiving tender loving care.

What a great example of one of the best driving BMW motors :). When I had my E46 330i I got an E39 330i several times as a courtesy car. "Comfortably cosseted and rapidly wafted" always came to mind when I returned it. That one also looked smart, it had dark blue metallic, not sure which one but it was lighter than Orient blue and it had very light grey leather. I did not like mud flaps on the E46 either but both rear arches were rusting by 6 years and 88,000miles. Mind you, a lot of those miles were long distance trips on gritted roads in the winter.

    Hi IVIajor,
I was wondering could you tell me how much I might pay for that kind of work doing?
Or have you done it yourself? e.g. you work at a bodyshop?
