    Even if you saw a copy of his contract, that'd be redacted. You DO realise he's 6' 2" and built like an All Black rugby player, don't you.......:D

    Finally had the seat back replaced today so all sorted. Had a couple of other niggles addressed: whistling wing mirror and creaking door seals. Turns out the lugs in the mirror cap have broken so it wasn't sitting properly but no signs of external damage. Cap ordered and will be painted in the next week or so. They took the door seals off and cleaned them up but they've had problems with these before so they've ordered some new ones that have been modified to stop the noise and will fit them when I have the cap done. Best of all? All under warranty - lovely.

    That's good news but took over 3 months!

    I've had the creaking seals issue in the past, the trick is not to apply any wax or other detailing products to the door shuts where the felt part on the edge of the seal comes into contact with the body.
