    My son washed and polished my car on Sunday and I couldn’t resist taking a picture of it as I walked back to where I parked this morning.

    They don’t stay clean for long!

    Looks to be gleaming. Lovely.

    As you say, won’t last long. Mine was sparkling on Saturday, after a rain soaked trip down the M6 it is now shameful.

    Yes indeed. The trade off was that I bought a new wiper switch for his car and agreed to fit it for him. Oh, as well as fitting some new discs and pads for the front.

    On the subject of which, I took a picture of his pads compared to mine. You can guess which is which. For scale, the smaller ones are 116mm long

    l have bigger pads than that on my push bike :rofll::rofll:

    they look tiny next to the pads off the AMG

    car looks nice and clean as well (y)(y)

    mine is covered in sand/dust and the rain today has made it look a real mess a bit like a grey tiger print

    It is a bit disheartening when it rains straight after cleaning the car.

    Let’s hope it’s dry long enough over the weekend for me to do his brakes
