I think the shocks (both front and rear) on my 10 year old F30 need replacing and wondered if anybody could give me an idea of the cost using reasonable quality parts. I live in the North West so if anybody has used a supplier/fitter in that area and received good service. I'd be grateful if you'd let me know who.
My car is currently fitted with non adjustable suspension
    Thanks
    David

    Hi,

I purchased mine from AUTODOC but I have adjustable suspension. The cost for the front 2 was £311 delivered so I’m guessing normal shocks will be cheaper. Book time to replace the front 2 was 4.2hrs so yours willbe similar I would think. Can’t help with the rears

Quick look on Autodoc Bilstein or Sachs Replacements £100 a side front - Rears £75 a side...so £350 all in for parts

Would expect around 3-4 hours of Labour so maybe another £300

This assumes you don't need any other parts...springs/top mounts etc.
