I experinced Adblue errors despite the tank showing over 50% just prior to throwing an error (X5 30K miles). I filled the Adblue tank with Liqi Moly Anti Crystal Additive and I've not experienced any more Adblue errors. I expect anything that prevents crystalisation will have the same effect...
