Managed to obtain full hospitality tickets through some contacts (so I didn’t have to part with ~£300) to visit the Salon Privé Concurs event at Blenheim Palace this week. I drove down the night before, stayed near Witney at the Bird in Hand, a lovely pub with rooms, excellent food. The next day was a marvellous day out, with some fabulous cars to enjoy, along with all you could eat and drink, while negotiating a new deal on a yacht, helicopter or a Boeing Business Jet. OK, I didn’t do...

Most recent addition is an Early T2 VW Bay Window camper with a Dormobile roof. Expensively restored by the previous owner it has a 1776cc twin port motor on a pair of single choke Dell' Ortos.

Current restoration project is the Ford Pilot V8 Woodie. A UK car but bought in Holland as a dismantled, abandoned project. Slowly sorting the mechanicals and metal bodywork. Will almost certainly outsource the woodwork. This is how it looked in the 1960s....

Past or present possessions.

I know we didn't have digital photos in the olden days but perhaps you can take a photo of a photo as I did here:
