Good luck with your venture, I'm only about an hours drive from Bradford so will be more than interested to see your stock once you get sorted.

Good luck, looks like you have a good amount of space.

Same as @a.s.uk I'm only in Sheffield, so not that far away at all.

Bradford (St Lukes) born and bred. Live about an hour away now, still visit friends quite often

Great to see, hope it works out well.

Takes me back a good few years to when I started out on my own, in an old Nissen hut.

I'm sure it has been, and will be a lot of work, but there is a lot of satisfaction in getting a business off the ground.

I started in this hut. (Nicknamed the "Iron Lung" by one of my colleagues). Sorry about the picture quality, from an old photo (1978 -79).

    Nissen Hut and Dolomite.jpg

Dad and I didn't know where the business would lead. Started as welding, fabrication and hydraulic engineering. Family changes took dad off to another venture, (Thrust 2). I stayed... to cut a long story short, had some breaks which led from humble beginnings to being a founder member of a very successful company with a worldwide market. We went through several premises, outgrew them all. Then into purpose built, design, admin' and production facilities. Since doubled in size.

Wish you success and we await reading good reports on progress.

Thank you for your words of encouragement Peter and for sharing.

One step at a time, but I have long term plans for this venture and if things fall into place as planned I think we can do well, and have some fun along the way.
