    Hi,

Car goes in tomorrow for new wipers & EGR Cooler recall, didn't hear about it but when i phoned them up to get new wipers they advised there was an outstanding recall so they doing that tomorrow, need the car all day.

No doubt I will get another health check video :) I wonder what the tyre depths will be now

    Update

Not long got the health check video, tyres front are 7mm, rears are 5mm. Suspension all ok, no damage etc, rear axle all ok, brake pads are 12mm all round, surprised as i was expecting more wear on the rear? no leaks under the car, drive train all ok.

They advise car is in excellent condition!

Didn't notice the "corroded but not corroded enough wheels then"....

The fronts take most of the braking load, so would be expected to wear more.

Picked the car up, was advised the wipers i have now are synthetic and that most of the time BMW wipers don't need replacing as they last a very long time... Are all BMW wipers synthetic or is this a recent change?

Can't say I've ever really thought about them, i presumed there were rubber,

Not sure what they are made of but I’m still on the original wipers at 40 months old and 32k miles.
