Alas, it's only a single, the other door belongs to next door. It's also full of stuff, my plan is to throw a load out, put the rest in a shed, then put a DB9 in it.
Well, I officially give up. I'm getting earache from the wife, the injector guy is messing me about and I can't get anyone else to even look at it, and even if I could, it's going to cost well over £1k just in parts to get it running again. It's on Ebay for spares or repair.

So sorry that was the end of the E39. There’s a very poorly looking one in our village which I think is probably only 12m away from the same fate. A bit of an end of an era. Good luck with the search for a replacement.
That is a sad sight. Gives you space to search for something to replace it with! Silver linings and all that.
There's an absolutely lovely E39 540 touring on eBay at the moment. But it's £12k. I'm tempted but I'm not sure I can justify it.
