Looks like a scuff mark to me. Is that down to the undercoat or metal? Can’t quite see on the pics.
Worth buying the official touch up pens, mine came with the correct two pens. Colour and lacquer.

Black marks are left hand side of windscreen they are smooth so I'm guessing it's just surface marks. Where do i get the official touch up pens ? Do i need to go to BMW ?

If you have some white spirit/cotton bud you could test on a small area

eBay always have a selection. As long as you know your paint colour number.

T-cut is really abrasive so only use it as a last resort. Most car polish is very slightly abrasive so if you spend a bit of time on one area it will remove marks like all of those above.

all the black scuff marks should polish out the black chip will require paint

if you have some T cut then use it but i wouldn't go out and buy some, I am fortunate enough to have a dual action polisher and a selection of meguiars compounds and polishes and that mark would be gone in no time, but if you have to buy a product to use i would go for a rubbing compound to tackle that mark

the paint chip will be difficult to get looking really good using touch up paint and will require multiple coats and lots of hard work rubbing back to try and get nice finish that looks good, touch up paint is very hard to get looking good as you have to build up layers to get to the same level as the existing finish

what is the overall condition of the paint on your car ?

if the standard polish has got a little bit of cut in it then it may shift the marks for you, but something like super resin polish has very little or no cut

see how you get on with what you have got and if it dosnt shift it i will send you a sample size of some megs 105 that wll do the job for you

Your paint code is 300, under the 320d model.
    Alpine White I think.

As above the marks near the screen should just polish out. Meguiars is a straight forward option for you. The 3 step crystal system.
Most of the other line marks on the chip photo should come out too with a bit of effort by hand.

Moving on, all those little dots on the paint are either tar or iron fall out (usually from brakes), you will need a tar remover and an Iron remover (such as Ironx), then polish and wax.
You could clay bar it too, ++++

Be warned, once you start seeing those dots, your gonna get hooked on keeping the car detailed - its a slippery slope but an enjoyable one :D

Meguiars Ultimate Compound is good polish that is slightly abrasive and will remove the scuff marks.
