Great write up Dunc. I totally get the comments about these things "getting under your skin". Has been a year of Porsche ownership, and I'm still grinning like a child, with every drive!

Sure it will only be on par with the SL. £2500 for a service with nothing wrong...

Can't complain at BMW servicing costs. Had the major service completed this week at Lancaster and it came in at a shade under £700 (I supplied the BMW LL12 FE oil at a cost of £60)

Interestingly Barons BMW quoted me £960 if i supplied the oil ... go figure

Thankfully all factored into the ownership costs.

Expecting around £1.5k in October 2020 plus £1.9k for two years additional Porsche Approved Warranty and Recovery.

Not that it makes it any more palatable!

Everything comes at a price - as long as you think the enjoyment is worth it.
Cheaper than a Porsche, but those micro-filters sound steep at nearly £250.

It's not very well laid out but that's the labour for changing the spark plugs... admittedly something that i could have easily done myself but we all know the importance of a documented FBMWSH!
