Looks good to me. Is that Melbourne Red?
Always good to see a BMW in something other than Black/Silver or white.

Enjoy the collection. Always love new car day.

My wife wanted a red Macan, didn’t care about the spec, just red.
I think red suits the three series well, one of my favourite colours but not on a Porsche.

Annoying I know but that’s the N47, I’ve now changed my mind completely after research, much to the annoyance of the dealership and am now looking at Monday for collection of the B47T lol, not changing from that one, difference between the two cars having test driven both is insane considering they’re essentially identical

Watch this space, as soon as I’ve got driveway pics they’ll be up :)

I'm guessing the B47T has different headlights? I had a 2012 3 series ED and that had the same lights i think as the red one you posted and it had the N47 engine too.

Lights are an option. Standard halogen or Xenon. Later version have the LED lights.
My 2013 320i had the Xenon pack.

This is the other one, you’re absolutely right the headlights are led / bi xenon, both are the same red though, both 2l , etc etc

ah yes, same lights as my current car, i thought they would be, they came in with the LCI face lift i think, can't recall when that was maybe 2014? Is that M sport model too?

Whats the yellow square on the windscreen? not a parking ticket surely lol :D

Lights are brighter than the halogen ones on the other model, i noticed it immediately, much better, more of a white than a yellow.

No idea what the yellow sticker is - good spot!

Both cars are M Sports, both 2l diesel, both red, both full leather interior, etc, the only differences afaik are:

318d business media pack, N47 oyster leather interior, 18” alloys, halogens
    And
320d B47T black leather interior, 19” alloys, LEDs / bi xenons

Those lights are xenon and not the icon LED, they are completely different. I believe the Xenons became standard from the LCi/B47 engine.

The latter car is the B47T engine, the former I’d agree as it most definitely isn’t
LED DRLs, bi xenons - I’m just going by what the sales advert and salesman said :driving: though those do look a lot like LEDs in the latter photo

    Very nice.

Looks very similar to the white F30 I had a while back. Can i suggest that you invest in some wheel sealant, those are a PITA to clean and keep clean...

    Enjoy the new car experience.

    Here’s my 320i:

One thing that I didn’t get was a handbook or any book for that matter, the dealership saying that everything is on the onboard computer, first is this true? And second does anyone have any online links so that I can find out how things work that I forgot to ask about

Second thing is, the handbrake isn’t wonderful, I’m going to call them about it tomorrow but is that normal? The car is 3yrs old
