    Hi Folks

I have been lurking here for few days and thought it was about time I signed up and introduced myself.

I have owned BMW's for over 25 years all 3L diesels and in total I've covered almost 500,000 miles in these amazing cars.

Well I'm long into retirement but still loving these cars, my latest is this beauty below a 435D F33 in Estori Blue. Nope I've never really grown up !!!

I have a wish list of mods for next year when my insurance is due for renewal. 435D M-Sport.jpg

Hello and welcome Tommy! You have come to the right place, lots of similarly enthusiastic BMW (and other car...) owners here.

Lovely looking F33 you have there, super shiny!

It's a great forum with plenty of long term enthusiastic owners with knowledge they're always willing to share (y)

    Hi Wanne71 mostly cosmetic:-

    Front & Rear Diffuser
    Boot Lip
    Side Skirts
    Front & Rear Cameras
Twin Exhaust With Back Box Delete (As I hate the stock set up it looks lop-sided )
    Power Fold Mirrors
Stage 1 Re Map for both Engine & Gearbox

Big question is insurance dependent, I'm open to suggestions fot modified insurance

I put a gloss black rear diffuser on my 2017 440i, looked great compared to the colour coded plastic that came as standard. Definitely a good upgrade. I could find some old photos of that one if you were interested. Also changed the wing mirror caps for gloss black M versions.

    Thank you Wynne71

I would appreciate that, as I intend to go for gloss black.
The build sheet says it is shadow line edition but I am confused why the front wing vents are not black so that's another thing on the list lol

Almost forgot I intend to go gloss black mirror caps so as to make finding powerfold mirrors easier, although removing the glass scares me a bit lol

Some photos, I added the gloss black kidney grills as the chrome ones didn’t look right, the gloss black mirror caps, changed the chrome exhaust tips for black chrome and the diffuser was matt black.

    Welcome to the site @TommyT!

Lovely car you’ve got there. Having had a good number of 3l dervs in various guises (E70
    30d, E60 535d, E70 40d, F10 30d) I know how enjoyable & frugal they can be.

Looking forward to seeing how you get on with the mods - keep us posted. (y)
