Fault code

    Tried out my new BimmerTool code reader today and got engine fault code 242200.

    I can't find out what this means - anyone know?

    That’s not a recognised BMW code, so would probably need converting. Nothing in the menu to translate this one?

    242200 Glühstift Zylinder 1, Ansteuerung: Glühstiftwiderstand ausserhalb Spezifikation

    (Can't get it to say in english but looks a bit similar))
