I have a 2012 530d F07 47000m that i have had for 3 years and have paid for the Mondail warranty for 2 years.
this morning came out to the car and found the nearside rear air suspension was deflated, started car up and it came back to normal.
rang up Mondail to check what to do and told to take it to BMW dealer for inspection and they would contact Mondail. checked that it was ok i had an oil change done out of BMW dealership and told ok as long as garage was vat registered.
went to Halliwel/jones chester to arrange inspection and told them i had Mondail warranty and what fault was. was told that if it was wear and tear it would not be covered,i said i thought it would be.
they said they were very busy and the first date given was 31/12/18, which i declined and then was offered 7/1/2019 which i booked.there was no mention of inspection fee or offer of loan car. so not very happy with Mondail or BMW.
    end of rant tim.

You Sir need to let it deflate and call BMW emergency services (assuming you have that included in your package). That is exactly what I did on my old GT and within 90 minutes the car was picked up and a brand new 520d was on my driveway. 4 days later I had my GT back with no charge at all.
It definately is covered as I have proved.

They will take the car from your driveway on a low loader and give you a hire car. I doubt the oil change will even be mentioned.
Don’t phone the dealer though, deal direct with the BMW ES help desk.

Dealers round here are quoting ridiculous waits for routine servicing.
Late November I was told by one dealership the earliest they could book me in for a service....7th Jan !
When I asked what would happen to any warranty if I exceeded the service intervals owing to such a long wait they did not answer

Presumably they are busy with recall work ?

Last month I booked car in via the online booking app, Mot & Brake fluid service.
On the said day, I turned up to drop off and the car was not booked in, after a showdown they had to accept my booking as I presented the online booking number
I was fed drivel initially, though stood my ground as I’d taken time out of my hectic work schedule and was appalled at this (lie I kind of knew to expect this)

However the point I make is to book it online

Can only endorse this. I had exactly the same with my F11 530d - twice! First time one airbag and the next time one airbag and the compressor. Each time a phone call to Mondial and within an hour it was collected on a low loader and a 520d or 330d was delivered to my door. Faultless service. That was a 530d with 93k on the clock.

Car rear suspension was down all weekend, took these pics 7.30 this morning. took car the Williams bmw workshop this morning at 11.00 and met by Enterprise car hire person who showed me the 18reg 320d auto touch screen sat nav and paddles.that was my loan car.
when key read at desk when booking in was informed that my car was subject to egr check, they said would check egr that afternoon and check rear suspension in the morning,
Only niggle is Enterprise said the £50 deposit only covered the first £250 of a claim, could pay £12 to have full cover, but they have to take 10 days in advance and then refund the difference when car returned, so paid out £170 which not to pleased about.
Had heard stories about car hire places finding thing wrong when cars returned.

I never had a problem with Enterprise even when I had one of their cars for two months, but others have had problems. I only paid £50 when I had a loan car from them through BMW
