If you are in good health don't worry; if less healthy, then hunker down till herd immunity and a vaccine arrives.

It will be a slow, but hopefully systematic process.

It's not at the front of my mind, but I'm in the 'at risk' group on two counts. Just trying to take sensible precautions.

The isolation will drive you mad. Beer is a good medicine.

Real ale does have a small amount of protein, and good source of carbs.

It won't last long there now that pubs, clubs etc are closed. Panic buying rules, OK?

I know the feeling well. Do you have a Rescue Pack at home in case you have an Exacerbation ? IE Antibiotics and Steroids . Might all depend on how acute your COPD is . Might be worth a call to your doctor if you have nt . Otherwise you just have to be extra careful, I m well into the At Risk Group myself

    Take care Murray .

We all need to take sensible precautions. At the moment, I'm trying to kill off any bugs with regular intake of malt whisky. :drink: :drunken:

you jest about it but it is kinda true.
yesterday a lidl store around here had a strict two items per person policy so two tins of this two packs of that and t seemed to be working and the shop had a good fill level and most things were available the only things that had no restrictions on the amount that you could purchase was all alcohol all snacks sweets and chocolate so you could buy two tins of beans and enough alcohol to cause some serious harm to your liver so all is good

needs to be cask strength though as they reckon 60% alcohol will kill the virus and for that reason l have been drinking my Glenlivet Nadurra oloroso at 61.3% ABV :drunken::drunken:

I have salbutamol, and also Fostair if i get a cough etc, I have been taking the Fostair daily for the last couple of weeks, just as a precaution. Although my asthma is very mild and only really effects me in cold weather.
