The £150 was the last part of doing the deal on the car as they originally quoted £299 but when I twisted their arm they did it for half price :)

Is the Vehicle Check Service included in the latest service plans?

well the time has arrived and it looks like l will be paying for the brake fluid service on Monday, l booked the car service appointment online and the brake fluid service was listed as a cost option and all other service options were listed as covered by service pack

l will question it on Monday before paying up but not looking to hopeful

the price is not that bad but the annoying thing is that BMW are excluding service items from the service pack
now they have dropped to 3 year service packs l doubt l will ever have the service pack again so l guess l will have to get used to paying for servicing again

I have found that I have ,these are extracted from 2 emails from BMW Customer Service following me checking what I actually had

    Reply to my intial query:-

The service pack you have on your vehicle is known as the corporate 4 year, 60,000 miles service pack.

Following my query regarding the Corporate Pack , :--

    The 4 year, corporate pack for your vehicle covers;

    - All oil services

    - 1x brake fluid change

    - 1x vehicle check

I am not sure what this is as can find no reference to Corporate Pack, any ideas

The first Oil Service was carried out at 18,000 miles under package.

I had my brake fluid changed in December for £73 including them doing an MOT. All thanks to the Black Friday discounts online. I'm hoping the deals will be there next year as well. :D

well the car was in today and when l spoke to the service adviser l asked was the brake fluid service covered by the service pack?

the service adviser said "l will check for you" he came back and said the car is below 50k and has service pack until the 26th of march so work was done free of charge

when he did a key read he said the car had an outstanding recall for EGR cooler replacement, l said the car was checked last year for EGR cooler issues last year and was given a clean bill of health but this is new recall dated January 2020 and the EGR cooler has to be replaced regardless of condition

so my visit to the dealers lasted a lot longer than expected but the EGR cooler was replaced and car was returned three hours after dropping it off
